PVC Shutters
TWC PVC Australian Made Shutters offer a classic, timeless look that enhances any décor.
Our PVC shutters come in solid PVC with an aluminium core for stability and carry a 10 year warranty. They are low maintenance and allergy free and allow excellent control of light and airflow. PVC Shutters also offer privacy and are a great insulator assisting with the reduction of energy costs.
TWC PVC Shutters are excellent for high moisture areas such as bathrooms and kitchens and are easily cleaned and maintained.

T Posts
Single or multiple T-Posts are available. All measurements are to be supplied from the left hand side to the middle of the T–Post.
If T–Posts are uneven, then you will need to fill out the "Uneven T-Post section of the order form.

Mid Rails
Single or multiple mid rails are available. All measurements are to be supplied from the bottom of your order height to the centre of the mid rail.
Mid rails are only available in one size – approx. 80mm.
Mid rail height can be positioned up or down by a maximum of 20mm by the factory unless ordered as CRITICAL.

Multi Panels
Window orders with two or more panels will come STANDARD with D-Mould.
• You must indicate which panel will require the D-Mould.
• L-DR shows the right hand panel to have D-Mould.
• LD-R shows the left hand panel to have the D-Mould.
• You must indicate which panel will require the D-Mould.

• LD-R shows the left hand panel to have the D-Mould.
Tilt Rod Type
Only hidden tilt rod is available.
• Will be fitted to the rear of the panel on the hinge side unless otherwise specified.
• Shutter panels can have split tilt mechanism, split into 2 or 3 sections without the need for a mid rail.
• Measurement from the bottom of the panel are required.
• Tilt rods will automatically be split at approximately 1000mm.

Striker Plates/Magnet Catches
When ordering frame or light block, magnets will be attached to the rear of the panel and magnet catches supplied.
When ordering direct mount without light block, striker plates will be supplied.

Bifold
Normal square metre price plus surcharge (please refer to manual).
Track Bifold maximum width: 600mm.
All Bifold Shutters must be ordered with bottom track.
All Bifolds must be ordered with an even number of panels.
If no bottom board is required we will supply the M track, if bottom board is required then we will supply the U track and will be routed into the board.
All height measurement are from the top of the headboard.
If Bifolds are face/outside mount you must decide if you want the sideboards to return onto the architrave or if you want the sideboard to return past the arc and back to the wall, you must add 40mm to your arch to arch measurement.
Maximum overall width 4000mm.
Maximum fascia size supplied in one width 2700mm.
All headboards and fascias will be supplied assembled in one piece.
Bypass or Sliding
Normal square metre price plus surcharge (please refer to manual).
Bypass maximum panel width: 900mm.
All Sliding Shutters must be ordered with a bottom track. M track will be supplied, if no bottom board is required. U track will be provided if bottom board is requested and will automatically be routed in.
You must stipulate whether the panels are to slide in the open or closed position.
If Sliders are face/outside mount you must decide if you want the sideboards to return onto the architrave or if you want the sideboard to return past the arc and back to the wall, you must add 40mm to your arch to arch measurement.
Inside mount fascias will not be supplied with fascia returns. If you require this you must specify on your order form.
Working from left to right you must specify the position of the panels and which track they are to be attached to.

U Channel
Eliminates the need for hinges on the panels. Four lengths of light block (31,5mm x 9.5mm) are supplied for the Left, Right, Front and Back.
