There has been some confusion to the allowances that should be taken from reveal measurements for Chain Driven Roller Blinds resulting in many different variations in allowances.
Effective as of the 1st September, 2008 the measurement that you order for Chain Driven Roller Blinds will be outside of bracket to outside of bracket.
Due to various thicknesses of cutting blades etc we have a tolerance of 2mm either way on this measurement.
This means if you order a blind at 1000mm in width, you will receive a blind that measures between 998mm and 1002mm in width outside of bracket to outside of bracket.
Our advise is that you should make a deduction of 4mm from tight reveal measurements on all Rollers ordered from 1st September, 2008.
