Please find below notes for the new

TWC October 2006 Wholesale Price List.

Effective for all orders placed on or after Monday 9th October 2006.

There are a number of very important changes which will benefit you, so please take the time to study it.


Vertical Blinds:
• No change to the Price List, however, we have introduced a
BUDGET GROUP which is approximately 10% cheaper than Group A.

• JEWELL is a blockout fabric in 8 colours and is now available ex-stock. Please contact TWC for your swatching requirements

• Some fabrics have had group changes. Please check your Fabric Grouping Sheet

• All discounts to remain current


Aluminium Venetians:
• No change to the Price List

• All discounts to remain current


Visionwood 50mm & 63mm Venetians:
• A 3% price increase

• All discounts to remain current


Cedar 46mm Oiled & Lacquered Venetians:
• A 3% price increase

• All discounts to remain current


Basswood 50mm Timber Venetians:
TWC is pleased to announce the introduction of Basswood Timber Venetians

• Available in 7 designer colours

• Basswood is a more affordable alternative to Lacquered Cedar

• Swatches are now available. Please contact TWC with your swatching requirements.

• The Basswood Wholesale Pricelist is located on page 18

• Discounts for Basswood will be the same as what you currently receive for Visionwood.


Roman & Jamaican Blinds:
• Prices have increased on Groups 1 – 4 HOWEVER, prices in Groups 1 and 2 have in fact, REDUCED due to fabrics being re-allocated to lower price groups

These include:

• Group 1 (previously only Softlight) now includes Sailcloth Light Filter, Como and Roma Light Filter

• Group 2 (previously only Light Filter Fabrics) now includes all of your favourite blockout fabrics:

- METRO SHADE
- Sailcloth
- Arrowstripe
- Kalahari
- Oxford
- Como
- Roma

• Yet all discounts to remain current

• Width grid now starts at 600mm wide (previously 900mm)

• Please check the fabric grouping sheets for any changes


Repairs & Alterations:
• Please note the increase in charges on page 35


Blockout Binding:
• An optional extra for Romans with sewn pockets only available on Blockout Fabrics.

A 6mm strip of fabric is adhered to the back of the blind, covering needle marks.

The ‘coated’ side of the fabric is visible. This process gives your Blockout Roman Blind a true Blockout effect.

A 10% surcharge applies.

As a consequence of the introduction of the Blockout Binding:

TWC WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY FURTHER ORDERS FOR ALUMINIUM BACK BATTEN ROMANS AS OF OCTOBER 9TH 2006.

Roller Blinds:
• Please note that we have changed the width spacing grids which will result in significant savings.

• Aluminium bottom rail will now be supplied standard as OVAL SHAPED. If round bottom rail is required – please specify on your order

• Pre-looped control chain is standard on all chain drives. Refer to page 22 on your information sheet for chain control lengths.

• Please note the increase in charges for ‘Repairs & Alterations’ on page 21

• Motorisation of roller blinds is now available – Please refer to page 22 for pricing.

Winhouse Roller Blind Systems:
TWC is pleased to announce the introduction of 2 new Winhouse Roller Blind Systems

• Superpower System (Spring Assist) – The perfect solution for large blinds. The multi screen joiner allows you to link up to 6 blinds and operates effortlessly with one clutch.
Refer to page 23 for specifications and pricing

• Switchroll System – A cost-effective option to motorisation. The unique semi-automatic, speed reduction control feature allows the blind to retract simply by applying a small amount of pressure to the front ball chain. By releasing the ball chain the blind stops immediately.

Fabric Groups:

• A BUDGET GROUP has been introduced which is approximately 10% cheaper than Group A

• Your BUDGET fabrics are Como Light Filter and Roma Light Filter.

• Groups are now Budget – Group 7.

• The separate Roller Blind Price List for Sunscreens has been deleted.
All Sunscreens are now included in our standard Roller Blind Price List.

• METRO SHADE is now priced in Group 4

• Please check your fabric groups for any changes

Discounts:

• Budget – Group 3 Remain current.

• Group 4 – Group 7 Same as what you currently receive for Sunscreen Roller Blinds.
