TWC IS ON THE MOVE
We are moving our Administration, Roller Blind and Vertical Blind departments to a new building in the same street this weekend.
There will be some disruption to the departments involved.
ADMINISTRATION
On Friday 7th July between 1.00pm and 5.00pm our phone lines will be switched to the new building. This may mean that we will be un-contactable for some time during this switch over period. It may affect our fax lines and we would advise that you hold your orders on Friday 7th in the afternoon to fax them either over the weekend or on Monday as we may not receive faxes in hard copy or in the fax memory for some time on that afternoon.
The Administration will be back up taking orders, queries and phone calls on Monday 10th July at 9.00am.
ROLLER BLIND DEPARTMENT
We will commence dismantling our 2 Aeronaught machines on Saturday 8th July.
We will have one table up and operating on Monday 10th July at 7.00am.
Our second table will be operational on Wednesday 12th July at 7.00am.
At the same time we will have our new Raytech crush/ultra sonic cutting machine being installed on Thursday 13th July and Friday 14th July.
We believe we will be back in full production in the Roller Blind department on Monday 17th July with additional capacity due to the Raytech machine.
All screen fabrics will be cut on the Raytech machine resulting in the edges being sealed & fraying/feathering being a thing of the past.
VERTICAL BLIND DEPARTMENT
We will have the Vertical Blind department up and running at full capacity on Monday 10th July at 7.00am. There will be little or no disruption to this department.
We appreciate your understanding and believe with your help the move will present minimal disruption to the flow of blinds to you.
Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
