Dear Valued Customer
Please be advised that as at the 17th of September 2007 changes will be made to the process of returning goods for rework and credit. These changes are being made to ensure that reworks and credits are being completed accurately and promptly.
The changes are as follows:
· All goods being returned for rework are to have the appropriate paperwork attached and a copy of the paperwork be faxed through to TWC.
· All goods are to be sleeved, as TWC will not take responsibility for dirty and/or damaged goods.
· All goods being returned for credit are to have a copy of the invoice attached and the amount you are claiming.
The delivery drivers have now been instructed not to pick up goods that don’t meet the above requirements.
